Our Story
Built on Experience, Driven by Purpose
Founded in 2020 by Louis Snowden, COTA/L, Whole Health Therapy Group was built on nearly two decades of clinical experience in skilled nursing and community-based care. The company specializes in providing mobile therapy services across Maryland, including homes, assisted living facilities, and adult medical day programs. Our interdisciplinary approach focuses on restoring independence, preventing decline, and enhancing overall well-being.
From day one, our focus has been clear: to deliver therapy that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve. We understand that healing happens best in familiar, comfortable environments — which is why we bring our expertise directly to our patients.
